What fantastic pictures! What a lovely day–I can almost feel the warmth (almost). My grandma had those little jar caps. I never could figure them out but they were awfully cute. This was in the days before info-mercials. I could imagine them now being sold by some loud announcer on an info-mercial. Something like “don’t lose your lid, use cute jar caps instead!”

What a beautiful photo essay. Hard to believe it is Christmas down under.

This is so weird seeing your Christmas in the sand and warmth, so so strange. I got up this morning to many inches of snow and freezing cold. It is like a breath of fresh air to see this.

What a fun day! Wish we were having beach weather instead of winter days again in December! Did you stop for the right color thread on the way home??

Hi there! What a lovely trip to the beach! Those jar caps look so good! Believe me or not, but people here in Finland also go to swim now in icy lake water!!! I prefer sunny weather and real beach!!! I just stopped painting and sewing. I have to sleep some hours before I go to work…

Thanks for the well wishes for my shop.
The beach pictures are lovely. We are headed for the beach next week. I just hope the weather is as nice for us. We are sick of the rain we have had for the past couple weeks.
