I didn’t have my needlepoint with me yesterday whilst at the patchwork store – but decided to be brave and choose a pretty, soft, random, lilac grey for the sky anyway …
and it’s just right! See I wanted to have the darkness of the midnight sky softly lit by the stars and sparkling white snow – as informed by my years of living in tropical Brisbane.
The reindeers are dancing …
And Father Christmas’s sleigh is mysteriously bobbing along, sans Father Christmas. He’s almost there, but not quite yet – must have had some kind of apparating incident.
